The process of capacity building for institutions and networks operating in the humanitarian and community sectors is of utmost importance to the Syrian Networks League. We have devoted significant attention to this aspect in our recent activities, focusing on implementing capacity-building initiatives within Syria and in Turkey. The League’s strategic plan centers on intensifying efforts in this field in the coming period.

Through capacity building, we aim to enhance the skills of workers in the humanitarian and community sectors to improve humanitarian response, advocacy efforts, and governance.

As part of strengthening the capabilities of Syrian institutions, the Syrian Networks League organizes ongoing training as part of the activities of the Syrian Civil Society House. The capacity-building initiatives offered by the League include diverse training and education, knowledge sharing, and development of field and administrative skills. They also emphasize core values and principles such as leadership, teamwork, and risk management. These activities are carried out through a variety of means, such as training courses, workshops, seminars, online educational resources, individual mentoring, and field training.
